- Primero. CONFIRMAR, el fallo proferido por el Tribunal Superior de Distrito Judicial de Santafé de Bogotá, Sala Civil, de 15 de marzo del 2000, que a su vez, confirmó la Sentencia de tutela proferida por el Juzgado Veintiocho (28) Civil del Circuito de Santafé de Bogotá, de fecha 9 de febrero del año 2000, dentro de la acción de tutela instaurada en nombre propio por JORGE ENRIQUE GONZALEZ PRIETO contra la Policía Nacional.
- Segundo. Por Secretaría General, líbrense las comunicaciones previstas en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí contemplados.
