- Primero. REVOCAR el numeral 1º de la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado
- Sexto. Penal Municipal de Buenaventura el día dieciséis (16) de julio de mil novecientos noventa y nueve (1999) y, en su lugar, conceder la tutela, ordenando al Fondo de Pasivo Social de las Empresas Públicas Municipales de Buenaventura, el pago inmediato de todas las mesadas pensionales que se adeudan a Wilfrido Rivas Ibarguen.
- Segundo. Confirmar los numerales 2, 3 y 4 de la citada providencia.
- Tercero. Por Secretaría, LÍBRESE la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
