- PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR la sentencia de la Corte Suprema de Justicia, Sala de Casación Penal, de fecha veinticinco (25) de agosto de mil novecientos noventa y tres (1993), la cual, a su vez, confirmó el fallo de primera instancia denegatorio de la tutela, proferido por el Tribunal Superior de Medellín, Sala de Decisión Penal, con fecha veinticinco (25) de junio del mismo año, revocando la totalidad de la prevención de índole procedimental hecha a los magistrados de la Sala de Decisión Laboral del Tribunal de Medellín.
- SEGUNDO. COMUNICAR esta providencia al Tribunal Superior de Medellín, para los efectos previstos en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
