- Primero. Revocar la Sentencia proferida por el Juez Promiscuo Municipal de Restrepo - Meta- el 9 de septiembre de 1994.
- Segundo. Tutelar los derechos fundamentales a la igualdad y al debido proceso de la menor Patricia Pitto Gómez.
- Tercero. Ordenar a las directivas del Colegio Nacionalizado de Bachillerato de Restrepo, levantar la sanción indebidamente impuesta a la accionante.
- Cuarto. Ordenar al Rector proceder de inmediato a adecuar el reglamento del Colegio a la Constitución y la ley.
- Quinto. Prevenir a las directivas del Colegio Nacionalizado de Bachillerato de Restrepo para que, en futuras situaciones, se abstengan de proceder como lo hicieron con Patricia Pitto Gómez.
- Sexto. Comunicar esta decisión al Juzgado Promiscuo Municipal de Restrepo para que notifique esta providencia, y proceda de conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
