- Segundo. Civil del Circuito de la Plata-Huila en providencia del 6 de Marzo de 2001, mediante el cual se denegó la tutela presentada por el Señor Ignacio Forero Vásquez contra el Alcalde Municipal de Tesalia y el Fondo de Inversión y Reactivación Agropecuaria de Tesalia "FIRATE".
- Segundo. Por Secretaría, líbrese la comunicación prevista en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
