- Primero. CONFIRMAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado Promiscuo Municipal de Puerto Leguízamo, que denegó la tutela del derecho a la educación invocado por el gobernador del Cabildo Indígena de Santa Rita, Puerto Leguízamo, Putumayo, contra el director del Núcleo Educativo No. 25 del mismo municipio.
- Segundo. Por Secretaría, líbrese la comunicación prevista en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
