- Primero. CONFÍRMASE la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado Civil del Circuito de Caloto -Cauca-, del veintinueve (29) de septiembre de mil novecientos noventa y siete (1997), que CONCEDIÓ como mecanismo transitorio, la acción de tutela instaurada en favor de Rodrigo Moreno Abonía.
- Segundo. ADVIÉRTESE que la decisión que aquí se adopta, no afecta órdenes de captura o autos de detención proferidos en contra del actor en otros procesos penales.
- Tercero. LÍBRENSE por al Secretaría General de la Corte, las comunicaciones a que se refiere el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
