- en nombre del pueblo y por mandato de la Constitución,
- R E S U E L V E
- Primero. REVOCAR la Sentencia del 13 de mayo de 1999, dictada por el Tribunal Superior de Distrito Judicial de Bogotá, que decidió confirmar la decisión del juez de primera instancia por virtud de la cual, se denegó la protección solicitada por la demandante Martha Elena Cubillos, y en su lugar, CONCEDER la protección de los derechos invocados por la petente.
- Segundo. ORDENAR a la empresa Industria Colombiana de Bordados S.A. "Icobordados" que, dentro de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación del presente fallo, efectúe, si no lo ha hecho, el pago de los salarios debidos a la señora Martha Elena Cubillos, y continúe cumpliendo puntualmente con dicha obligación.
- Tercero. DESE cumplimiento a lo previsto por el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
