ORDENAR al representante legal de la Sociedad Proder Ltda, que en el término de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación de la presente Sentencia, inicie o continúe, si aun no lo ha hecho, los trámites y gestiones necesarios para garantizar el pago de lo adeudado a los actores y, además, continúe cumpliendo puntualmente con las obligaciones derivadas de la relación laboral.
