- en nombre del pueblo y por mandato de la Constitución,
- R E S U E L V E :
- PRIMERO. Confirmar el fallo proferido por el Tribunal Superior de Medellín, Antioquia, de fecha 9 de agosto de l992, por las razones expuestas en la parte motiva de esta providencia.
- SEGUNDO. Prevéngase a los señores Alcalde y Secretario de Bienestar Social de Medellín para que suministren la debida asistencia social al señor Oscar Iván Mariaca Correa en el caso de que él la solicite y siempre y cuando que voluntaria y normalmente esté dispuesto a recibirla, o en su defecto lo hagan sus allegados u otras personas que actúen en virtud del principio de solidaridad (art. 1o. C.N.).
- TERCERO. Notificar personalmente la presente providencia a los demadantes Manuel Antonio Muñoz Uribe, Jorge Alberto Restrepo M. y al Alcalde y Secretario de Bienestar Social del Municipio de Medellín, por parte del Tribunal Superior de esta ciudad.
