PRIMERO. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado Quince Laboral del Circuito de Bogotá, el 11 de agosto de 2004, dentro de la acción de tutela de la referencia, y, en consecuencia, CONCEDER la acción de tutela para proteger el derecho fundamental de petición del señor Bernabé de Jesús Pérez Mendivelso.
SEGUNDO. ORDENAR al Seguro Social, Seccional Cundinamarca, que, dentro de los cinco (5) días hábiles siguientes a la notificación de la presente sentencia, se le dé respuesta de fondo a la solicitud de petición del señor Bernabé de Jesús Pérez Mendivelso.
TERCERO. LÍBRESE por Secretaría las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí contemplados.
