- Primero. CONFIRMAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado Veintiséis Penal del Circuito de Bogotá, por la cual se negó la tutela instaurada por el señor Sigifredo de Jesús Campeón Trejos en contra de la Red de Solidaridad Social.
- Segundo. DECLARAR la carencia actual de objeto por existir hecho superado, por las razones expuestas en esta providencia.
- Tercero. Por secretaría General, líbrense las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí contemplados.
