- Segundo. SOLICITARLE al Presidente de la Republica, por medio del Presidente de la Corte Constitucional, que, dentro de los diez (10) dias siguientes a la notificacion de esta sentencia, envie a esta Corporacion el texto del Decreto 2207 de 2003 para proceder a efectuar el control de constitucionalidad respectivo.
