- PRIMERO. Declarar EXEQUIBLE la expresion "las demas disposiciones que le sean contrarias", contenida en el articulo 96 de la Ley 617 de 2000, pero exclusivamente respecto del cargo analizado en la parte considerativa de esta providencia.
- SEGUNDO. ESTARSE A LO RESUELTO en la Sentencia C-579 de 2001, que declaro exequibles los articulos 10 y 11 de la Ley 617 de 2000.
- TERCERO. ESTARSE A LO RESUELTO en la Sentencia C-837 de 2001, que declaro exequible el articulo 53 de la Ley 617 de 2000.
