- RESUELVE:
- Declarar EXEQUIBLE, por los cargos analizados en esta Sentencia, el parágrafo 3º del artículo 24 de la Ley 60 de 1993"Por la cual se dictan normas orgánicas sobre la distribución de competencias de conformidad con los artículos 151 y 288 de la Constitución Política y se distribuyen recursos según los artículos 356 y 357 de la Constitución Política y se dictan otras disposiciones".
