- RESUELVE:
- Declarase EXEQUIBLE el articulo 31 del Decreto 196 de 1971, salvo las expresiones "hasta por dos anos improrrogables, a partir de la fecha de terminacion de sus estudios", del primer inciso; "en la instruccion criminal, y en los procesos penales", del literal a); y "en los procesos penales en general", del literal b), respecto de las cuales debera acatarse lo ya resuelto por esta Corte mediante sentencias C-034 del 30 de enero de 1997 y C-025 del 11 de febrero de 1998.
