- Primero. Declarase EXEQUIBLE, solo en cuanto no se configuraron los vicios de forma senalados en la demanda, la Ley 365 de 1997, "Por la cual se establecen normas tendientes a combatir la delincuencia organizada y se dictan otras disposiciones".
- Segundo. En lo relativo al transcurso de quince entre la aprobacion del proyecto en una de las camaras y la iniciacion del debate en la otra, ESTESE A LO RESUELTO por la Corte en Sentencia C-562 de esta misma fecha.
