Primero. Declarar fundadas las objeciones formuladas por el Presidente de la República, y, en consecuencia, inconstitucional el artículo 3º del Proyecto de Ley No. 225/00 Senado - No. 102/00 Cámara, "Por medio del cual la Nación se asocia a los 200 años de la fundación del municipio de Sonsón".
Segundo. Dése cumplimiento a lo dispuesto en el artículo 167 de la Constitución.
