DECLARAR LA EXEQUIBILIDAD del Convenio Marco de Cooperación entre la Comunidad Económica Europea y el Acuerdo de Cartagena y sus países miembros, la República de Bolivia, la República de Colombia, la República del Ecuador, la República del Perú y la República de Venezuela, hecho en Copenhague el 23 de abril de 1993.
- SEGUNDO. DECLARAR LA EXEQUIBILIDAD de la Ley 183 de 1995, aprobatoria del citado Convenio.
