- Primero. Decláranse EXEQUIBLES los artículos 1o., 2o., 3o., 5o., 6o., 7o., 8o., 9o., 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 17 y 18 del proyecto de ley estatutaria número 214/94 Cámara y 183/94 Senado "Por la cual se expiden algunas disposiciones en materia electoral."
- Segundo. Declárase EXEQUIBLE el artículo 4o. del mismo proyecto, salvo la expresión "Los nativos del Departamento Archipiélago, podrán votar con la sola presentación de su cédula de ciudadanía." del inciso cuarto, que se declara INEXEQUIBLE.
- Tercero. Declárase INEXEQUIBLE el artículo 15 del mismo proyecto.
- Cuarto. Declárase EXEQUIBLE el artículo 16 del mismo proyecto, salvo las expresiones "de un familiar " y "y sus familiares" contenidas en el inciso
- primero. y en parágrafo que se declaran INEXEQUIBLES.
