- RESUELVE:
- Declárase EXEQUIBLE el decreto 900 de mayo 22 de 1996 "Por el cual se adoptan medidas tendientes a controlar la acción de las organizaciones criminales y terroristas en la zonas especiales de orden público.", de conformidad con lo expuesto en la parte motiva de esta sentencia, que deberá tenerse en cuenta al aplicar el presente decreto.
