Declarar EXEQUIBLES, pero por el cargo estudiado, el ordinal 2º del artículo 17 del Decreto 1259 de 1994, así como la expresión acusada del ordinal 3º de ese mismo artículo 17 del Decreto 1259 de 1994, y que literalmente dice: "de la cual será integrante a partir de la fecha del presente Decreto, el Superintendente Nacional de Salud".
