- en nombre del pueblo y por mandato de la Constitución,
- R E S U E L V E :
- Primero. Declarar INEXEQUIBLE el artículo 12 del Código Procesal del Trabajo, subrogado por el artículo 25 de la ley 11 de 1984.
- Segundo. Diferir la ejecución de esta sentencia hasta el 20 de junio del año 2001, es decir, que el artículo 12 del Código Procesal del Trabajo, declarado inexequible, solamente podrá ser aplicado hasta esa fecha. Durante ese período el legislador deberá expedir la disposición legal que reemplace la declarada inconstitucional, haciendo efectivo el principio de igualdad y los demás derechos y cánones constitucionales.
