- Primero. Declarar INEXEQUIBLES los articulos 656, 657, 660, 661, 662, 675, 676, 680, 699, los numerales 4 del articulo 434 y 9 del articulo 639 y el inciso 4 del articulo 404 del Codigo Penal Militar.
- Segundo. La presente sentencia rige a partir de su notificacion y se aplicara a los procesos en curso, salvo aquellos en los que ya se hubiere dictado sentencia.
