- PRIMERO. Declarar EXEQUIBLE la Ley 568 del 2 de febrero de 2000 "por medio de la cual se aprueba "Convenio de Cooperacion Judicial en Materia Penal entre la Republica de Colombia y la Republica Oriental del Uruguay" suscrito en la ciudad de Santafe de Bogota, el diecisiete (17) de febrero de mil novecientos noventa y ocho (1998)".
- SEGUNDO. Declarar EXEQUIBLE el "Convenio de Cooperacion Judicial en Materia Penal entre la Republica de Colombia y la Republica Oriental del Uruguay", suscrito en la ciudad de Bogota, el diecisiete (17) de febrero de mil novecientos noventa y ocho (1998).
- TERCERO. Ordenar la comunicacion de la presente Sentencia al Presidente de la Republica, al Congreso de la Republica, al Ministro de Relaciones Exteriores, al Ministro de Justicia y del Derecho y al Fiscal General de la Nacion.
