- Declarar EXEQUIBLE la expresión "Lo anterior no se aplica a los servicios de televisión" contenida en el literal g) del numeral 3º, parágrafo 3º del artículo 420 del Estatuto Tributario, modificado por el artículo 53 de la Ley 488 de 1998 "Por la cual se expiden normas en materia Tributaria y se dictan otras disposiciones fiscales de las Entidades Territoriales".
