Demanda de inconstitucionalidad contra el artículo 30 de la Ley 788 de 2002, que modificó el artículo 424 del Estatuto Tributario.
El actor alegó que la disposición cuestionada vulnera los derechos a la igualdad y al trabajo, así como al principio de equidad del sistema tributario, contemplados en los artículos 13, 25 y 363 de la Constitución.
Dada la ineptitud sustantiva de la demanda, la Corte se INHIBIÓ de emitir pronunciamiento de fondo.
En concreto, la Sala encontró que no cumplió con los requisitos establecidos en el artículo 2º del Decreto 2067 de 1991.
