- RESUELVE:
- Declarase INHIBIDA para conocer de la constitucionalidad del numeral 6 del articulo 71 de la Ley 388 de 1997, porque expedido el Acto Legislativo 01 de 1999, el contenido normativo de este numeral quedo derogado, dado que el mismo reproducia un aparte del texto constitucional que el legislador suprimio a traves del mencionado acto legislativo.
