- RESUELVE:
- Declarar EXEQUIBLE el artículo 9o. del decreto 1222 de 1993, excepto el aparte que dice: "....La provisión del empleo deberá hacerse con una de las personas que se encuentre entre los tres primeros puestos de la lista de elegibles.....", el cual es INEXEQUIBLE.
