Primero. Declarase EXEQUIBLE el numeral 5 del articulo 144 del Codigo de Procedimiento Civil.
Segundo. Declarase EXEQUIBLE el siguiente aparte del articulo 146 del Codigo de Procedimiento Civil: "Sin embargo, la prueba practicada dentro de dicha actuacion conservara su validez y tendra eficacia respecto a quienes tuvieron oportunidad de contradecirla".
Tercero. Declarase EXEQUIBLE el ultimo inciso del articulo 148 del Codigo de Procedimiento Civil.
Cuarto. Declarase EXEQUIBLE el inciso final del articulo 152 del Codigo de Procedimiento Civil.
Quinto. Declarase EXEQUIBLE el inciso
primero. del articulo 154 del Codigo de Procedimiento Civil.
Sexto. Declarase EXEQUIBLE el ultimo inciso del articulo 159 del Codigo de Procedimiento Civil.
Septimo. Declarase EXEQUIBLE el siguiente aparte del articulo 305 del Codigo de Procedimiento Penal: "... y ordenara que se reponga la actuacion que dependa del acto declarado nulo para que se subsane el defecto".
