1De La Ley 43 De 1975, Que La Tesorería General De La República Continuará Girando Directamente Al Ministerio De Educación Nacional; B) El 3% Para Las Intendencias Y Las Comisarías, Con Destino A Las Tesorerías De Las Cajas De Previsión Seccionales, Si Éstas Cajas Atienden El Pago De Prestaciones Sociales; Pero Si Dichas Entidades Territoriales Atienden Directamente El Pago De Las Prestaciones Sociales, La Suma Correspondiente , Se Girará A Sus Tesorerías, Y C) El 222De La Ley 43 De 1975 Se Procederá Así: El Setenta Por Ciento (70%) En Proporción A Los Habitantes De Los Departamentos, Las Intendencias, Las Comisarías Y El Distrito Especial De Bogotá, De Acuerdo Con El Último Censo De Población Elaborado Por El Departamento Administrativo Nacional De Estadística -Dane- Legalmente Aprobado Y El Treinta Por Ciento (30%) Entre Estas Mismas Entidades, Por Partes Iguales3Article 34Article 45Del Presente Decreto, Si La Intendencia O La Comisaría Atiende Directamente El Pago De Dichas Prestaciones, Y B) Un Fondo Especial Para Desarrollo Municipal Y Corregimental Con Los Recursos A Que Se Refiere El Literal C) Del Artículo 1° De Este Decreto6Article 67Del Presente Decreto, Las Intendencias Y Comisarías Girarán A Las Tesorerías Municipales O De Corregimientos Las Partidas Que Correspondan A Los Proyectos Previstos En El Literal A) Del Artículo 8°8Article 89Article 910Article 1011Article 1112Article 1213Decreto 57 De 1969 Comuníquese Y Cúmplase
