Artículo noveno. Con el fin de ejercer sobre los municipios y corregimientos de las Intendencias y Comisarías la vigilancia y control en el manejo de las rentas e inversiones de que trata el literal f) del artículo cuarto del Decreto 1925 de 1975, el Departamento Administrativo de Intendencias y Comisarías señalará las calidades mínimas que deban reunir los ordenadores y funcionarios de manejo encargados de tales inversiones.
