Artículo décimo. Los Tesoreros Intendenciales y Comisariales se abstendrán de girar dinero alguno de los fondos especiales a que se refiere el artículo quinto precedente, que no esté destinado al cumplimiento de los objetivos especialmente previstos, para lo cual efectuarán los giros de acuerdo con los planes y programas de que hablan los artículos sexto y séptimo precedentes. Cualquiera violación de lo aquí dispuesto por parte de los Tesoreros, constituye causal de mala conducta.
