Del Presente Decreto, Si La Intendencia O La Comisaría Atiende Directamente El Pago De Dichas Prestaciones, Y B) Un Fondo Especial Para Desarrollo Municipal Y Corregimental Con Los Recursos A Que Se Refiere El Literal C) Del Artículo 1° De Este Decreto

Artículo quinto. La Nación girará la participación que corres pende a las Intendencias y Comisarías y sus municipios y corregimientos directamente a las Tesorerías Intendencia ley comisariales donde se constituirán fondos especiales y separados de los recursos intendenciales y comisariales de la siguiente manera

Un fondo especial para prestaciones sociales con los recursos a que se refiere el literal b) del artículo 1° del presente Decreto, si la Intendencia o la Comisaría atiende directamente el pago de dichas prestaciones, y

Un fondo especial para desarrollo municipal y corregimental con los recursos a que se refiere el literal c) del artículo 1° de este Decreto.
