Artículo cuarto. El Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público, por intermedio de la Dirección General de Presupuesto y con base en los informes de la Contraloría General de la República sobre el producido del impuesto a las ventas, liquidará el porcentaje que corresponde en la participación de dicho impuesto a cada uno de los municipios del territorio Nacional, y a las Cajas de Previsión Seccional.
