- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado
- Primero. Penal Municipal de Apartadó el 4 de noviembre de 1997, mediante la cual se negó por improcedente la acción de tutela incoada por Edilma del Socorro Rendón Castaño.
- Segundo. En su lugar CONCEDER la protección constitucional al derecho de petición y en consecuencia ORDENAR a CAJANAL que, en un término de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas, a partir de la notificación del presente fallo, proceda a resolver de fondo, si ya no lo hubiese hecho, sobre la solicitud elevada por la actora, comunicándole de inmediato lo resuelto.
- Tercero. REMITASE copia del expediente y de este Fallo al Procurador General de la Nación para lo de su cargo.
- Cuarto. DESE cumplimiento a lo previsto en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
