- PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR las sentencias objeto de revisión, proferidas por la Sala Jurisdiccional Disciplinaria del Consejo Seccional de la Judicatura el 25 de enero de 1999 y por la Sala Jurisdiccional Disciplinaria del Consejo Superior de la Judicatura el 18 de febrero de 1999.
- SEGUNDO. REMÍTASE a la FISCALÍA GENERAL DE LA NACIÓN y a la PROCURADURÍA GENERAL DE LA NACIÓN, lo indicado en la parte motiva de esta sentencia, para lo que estimen pertinente.
- TERCERO. Por la Presidencia de la Corporación se tomarán las medidas adecuadas para la investigación indicada en la parte motiva de este fallo.
- CUARTO. Por Secretaría líbrese la comunicación prevista en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
