- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado Promiscuo del Circuito de Manzanares (Caldas).
- Segundo. CONCEDER la tutela para la protección del derecho fundamental de petición y ORDENAR a la Caja Nacional de Previsión Social, que si aún no lo ha hecho, dentro de los cinco (5) días hábiles siguientes a la notificación de esta providencia, proceda a pronunciarse de fondo sobre el objeto de la petición elevada por la señora María Fanny Betancurt Ramírez
- Tercero. PREVENIR a la Caja Nacional de Previsión Social para que en el futuro se abstenga de incurrir en actuaciones que vulneran los derechos fundamentales de sus afiliados.
- Cuarto. Por Secretaría, líbrense la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991
