- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado
- Cuarto. Civil Municipal, el 21 de julio de 2004, en la acción de tutela presentada por María Miriam Sánchez Henao contra Optimetrics S.A.
- Segundo. ORDENAR a Optimetrics S.A. que en el término de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas, después de la notificación de esta sentencia, suministre el lente de contacto ortopédico del ojo izquierdo, que para su salud visual requiere la señora María Miriam Sánchez Henao.
- Tercero. ORDENAR la intervención de la Secretaría de Salud del Municipio de Cartago - Valle, con el objeto de que verifique el cumplimiento de las normas que regulan la prestación de servicios como los ofrecidos por Optimetrics S.A.
- Cuarto. Por Secretaria de esta Corporación ENVIESE copia de esta sentencia a la Superintendencia de Salud para los fines pertinentes.
- Líbrense por Secretaría, las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
