- I. En relación con la tutela T-14607:
- PRIMERO. MODIFICAR la sentencia del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Santafé de Bogotá, Distrito Capital, Sala Laboral, del cinco (5) de mayo de mil novecientos noventa y tres (1993), MANTENIENDO EL OTORGAMIENTO DE LA TUTELA, pero concediéndola en forma plena, a fin de prohibir, terminantemente, cualquier asamblea ordinaria de socios de la Corporación Club Campestre El Bosque que sea convocada por una junta directiva distinta de la actual, es decir, la integrada por ROBERTO MARTÍNEZ RUBIO, JAIME MORENO G., JULIO CÉSAR TURBAY Q., JOSÉ GREGORIO HOYOS C., ANTONIO JIMÉNEZ C., JORGE E. DUARTE, RODRIGO CARDONA V., ORLANDO ARENAS S. y ALFONSO ROJAS R., mientras esta última esté en ejercicio de su función.
- SEGUNDO. COMUNICAR inmediatamente el texto de esta decisión al Juzgado
- Décimo. Laboral del Circuito de Santafé de Bogotá, Distrito Capital, para los efectos del artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
- II. En relación con la tutela T-15305:
- PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR la sentencia del veintiseis (26) de mayo de mil novecientos noventa y tres (1993), de la H. Corte Suprema de Justicia, Sala de Casación Civil, la cual, a su vez, confirmó el fallo del veintinueve (29) de marzo del mismo año, proferido por el Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Santafé de Bogotá, Distrito Capital, Sala Civil, providencia que resolvió negar la tutela solicitada.
- SEGUNDO. COMUNICAR inmediatamente el texto de esta decisión al Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Santafé de Bogotá, Distrito Capital, Sala Civil, para los efectos del artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
