- Primero. REVOCAR el fallo de tutela materia de revisión. En su lugar se concede la protección solicitada del derecho fundamental de petición, en virtud de lo cual se ordena al Gerente Seccional, o a quien haga sus veces, de Coosalud Ltda. -ESS-, con sede en Tunja, Boyacá, que dentro del perentorio término de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas a partir de la notificación personal de esta providencia, si es que aún no lo ha hecho, proceda a responder de fondo la solicitud que le formuló la accionante LUZ MILENA CRUZ MENDIGAÑO en escrito de 20 de marzo de 2002, relacionada con el pago de una suma de dinero que según la mencionada le adeuda esa entidad.
- Segundo. ORDENAR que por Secretaría General se dé cumplimiento a lo previsto en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
