Primero. CONFIRMAR la sentencia de la Sala de Decisión Civil Familia del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Pasto, de 27 de marzo de 2001, que revocó parcialmente el fallo de primer grado adoptado por el Juzgado Promiscuo del Circuito de Sibundoy, Putumayo, de 8 de febrero del mismo año, para tutelar el derecho fundamental de petición al accionante, y lo confirmó en cuanto a la negación del amparo de los derechos consagrados en los artículos 13 y 40 de la Constitución Política.
Segundo. ORDENAR que por Secretaría General se dé cumplimiento a lo previsto en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
