- Primero. CONFIRMAR el fallo proferido por el Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Santa Fe de Bogota -Sala Civil- el 16 de julio de 1999, al resolver en segunda instancia sobre la tutela incoada.
- Segundo. PREVENIR al ISS- para que pague la pension de jubilacion del actor dentro de los cinco (5) primeros dias de cada mes, con el fin de evitar la vulneracion de los derechos a la seguridad social y al pago periodico de las pensiones.
- Tercero. Por Secretaria General, librese las comunicaciones a que se refiere el articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
