Primero. REVOCAR el fallo proferido por el Juzgado Once Laboral del Circuito de Bogotá del 6 de marzo de 2001, con base en las consideraciones aquí expuestas. En su lugar TUTELAR los derechos al trabajo y al mínimo vital del señor Henry Alberto Santa Álvarez.
Segundo. ORDENAR al señor Gerente General de TEVEANDINA LTDA, que dentro del término de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación de ésta providencia, si ya no lo hubiere hecho, cancele los salarios adeudados al señor Henry Alberto Santa Álvarez. En caso de que no exista el flujo de caja suficiente, deberá adelantar las operaciones económicas pertinentes a fin de garantizar el pago aquí ordenado, actuaciones éstas que no deberán exceder del término de tres (3) meses.
Tercero. El desacato a lo ordenado en esta providencia, se sancionará de conformidad con lo señalado en el artículo 52 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
Cuarto. Por Secretaría, líbrese la comunicación prevista en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
