Primero. REVOCAR el fallo proferido por el Juzgado Treinta y Dos Penal del Circuito de Bogotá el veintiuno (21) de marzo de dos mil.
Segundo. CONCEDER la tutela en protección del mínimo vital y del derecho al trabajo de la tutelante. ORDENAR a la Directora de la Fundación San Juan de Dios que en el término de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación de la presente providencia, si no lo hubiere hecho ya, proceda a cancelar los salarios dejados de pagar a la señora Vicky Constanza Ortíz Castro.
Si no tuviere los recursos suficientes para ello, contará con el término anteriormente señalado para iniciar las gestiones tendientes a la obtención de los recursos económicos que le permitan cumplir en su totalidad con el pago de las obligaciones pendientes con la accionante, para lo cual dispondrá del término máximo de tres (3) meses.
Tercero. Por Secretaría líbrese la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
