- Primero. REVOCASE el fallo proferido por el Juzgado
- Septimo. Penal del Circuito de Itagui - Antioquia, dentro del proceso de tutela instaurado por la senora Maria Josefa Montoya Posada, en contra de Susalud Seccional Antioquia por las razones expuestas en la parte motiva de este fallo. En consecuencia, CONCEDASE la proteccion del derecho invocado.
- Segundo. ORDENASE a Susalud, o a quien haga sus veces, si no lo hubiere hecho, que en el termino de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas, contadas a partir de la notificacion de esta providencia, autorice y realice la resonancia nuclear magnetica a la senora Maria Josefa Montoya Posada.
- Tercero. Por Secretaria General, librense las comunicaciones de que trata el articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
