Primero. REVOCAR las sentencias de tutela del Juzgado Veinticinco Civil del Circuito y la Sala Civil del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Bogotá, proferidas en primera y segunda instancia, respectivamente, dentro del proceso de tutela de la referencia.
Segundo. En su lugar, TUTELAR los derechos fundamentales a la libertad de trabajo, a la libertad de escoger profesión u oficio y al libre desarrollo de la personalidad del señor Luis Alfredo Yañez Padilla.
Tercero. En consecuencia, ORDENAR al Club Deportivo Chico Fútbol Club que, dentro de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación del fallo, entregue al accionante la carta de transferencia o "carta de libertad" de sus derechos deportivos.
Cuarto. Así mismo, ORDENAR a la División Mayor del Fútbol Colombiano -DIMAYOR-, a la División Aficionada del Fútbol Colombiano -DIFUTBOL-, a la Liga de Fútbol de Bogotá y al Instituto Colombiano para la Juventud y el Deporte -COLDEPORTES-, que procedan a hacer la inscripción correspondiente en sus registros.
Líbrense por Secretaría, las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
