Primero. REVOCAR los fallos proferidos por los Juzgados
Quinto. Penal Muncipal y
Cuarto. Penal del Circuito de Bucaramanga. En su lugar, CONCEDER la protección del derecho al mínimo vital de Armando Aldana Mayorga, Adela Chaparro Villamizar, Elsa María Meneses García y Nubia Amaya Gutiérrez.
Segundo. ORDENAR al Gerente de la E.S.E. Instituto de Salud de Bucaramanga que en el término de quince (15) días siguientes a la notificación de la presente providencia, si ya no lo hubiere hecho, cancele los salarios adeudados a Armando Aldana Mayorga, Adela Chaparro Villamizar, Elsa María Meneses García y Nubia Amaya Gutiérrez.
Tercero. Por Secretaría líbrese la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
