- Primero. LEVANTAR la suspensión de los términos decretada por la Sala para fallar el presente proceso.
- Segundo. CONFIRMAR los fallos adoptados por las Salas Jurisdiccionales del Consejo Seccional de la Judicatura de Cundinamarca, y del Consejo Superior de la Judicatura, en razón de la acción de tutela impetrada a través de apoderada por la ciudadana SARA ELISA VELANDIA CANO.
- Tercero. ORDENAR que por la Secretaría General de la Corporación, se libren las comunicaciones previstas por el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
