- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida en mayo 23 de 2011, por el Juzgado 12 Civil del Circuito de Medellín, dentro de la acción de tutela incoada por Ana Rengifo Moreno, contra la Secretaría Seccional de Salud y Protección Social de Antioquia y Cafesalud EPSS.
- Segundo. DECLARAR la carencia actual de objeto en el presente asunto, por hecho superado.
- Tercero. Por Secretaría General, LÍBRESE la comunicación a que se refiere el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
